ShippingFree Standard Shipping within the USA for purchases over $75 The "default" shipping method is UPS Ground, please select the STANDARD shipping option to receive free shipping for a purchase over $75 We know how hard it is to shop online when you can't see, feel, or try the products. Can't decide between three carriers? Try all three and send back the ones that don't work out for you! Most US orders will ship UPS Ground (generally 3-5 business days delivery time), unless you choose a faster method. In that case, the shipping charge will vary, and will be calculated at checkout. Please remember that the shipping time starts when the package leaves our warehouse, not when you place your order. For example, an order placed Friday with 2nd Day Air shipping will not arrive on Monday, but most likely on Wednesday. Please Note UPS does not consider Saturday and Sunday business days and will not deliver on these days. Orders for PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Guam, and APO addresses will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Tracking is not always available for such packages. Orders are usually shipped the next business day after the order is placed. Occasionally, they may take one or two extra days to leave our warehouse. If you are trying to get your order by a certain date, please let us know in the comments section of the shopping cart. We will do our best to help you. However, we cannot guarantee an arrival date for your package. Please order as early as possible. You will receive an email with your ship date and a tracking number, if available. Orders can be placed either online or by phone, with payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or check/money order. When orders are paid for by check/money order, items will be shipped when the check/money order clears.
International Orders
We welcome international orders.
International orders generally arrive in 1-2 weeks, but may take up to 4 weeks. If you have not received your order in 4 weeks, please contact us. Exchanges & Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we strive to ease the pain of online shopping! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back and we will exchange or return it. No hassles! Please add your due date to the comments section for 30 day return/exchange from that date.
Exchanges: Please send exchanges to the address below, with a note that includes the name, size, and fabric choice of the sling for which you would like to exchange yours. Or just turn your invoice on the backside and fill out the return information. We will either credit or charge your account for the difference in sling prices. Starting October 1st 2008 there will be a $7.00 processing fee on all exchanges Returns: Please send returns to the address below, within 30 days of the original ship date. We will refund the price of the sling. The original shipping charge is not refundable. -Items purchased with gift certificates will be issued store credit only. -Items purchased as gifts will either be refunded to the gift giver, or as a store credit to the gift recipient. -Items purchased through the gift registry will be issued a store credit only. Please note: Returns and exchanges must be in new condition to receive a full refund of the carrier/item price, including all of the original packaging and literature/videos/DVDs intact. If the carrier/item is dirty, washed, or incomplete, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee or refuse the refund.
